Flow Labs allows users to request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.
If you have connected a third-party platform (such as TikTok or other social networks) and wish to remove your data from our system, you may do so by:
Revoking Flow Labs access from your social media platform settings, and
Sending a deletion request to:
Please include the email address associated with your Flow Labs account.
Upon receiving a valid request, we will:
• Delete stored account information
• Remove associated API authorization tokens
• Remove related automation workflow data
Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.
If you only wish to disconnect a social platform without deleting your full account, you may revoke permissions directly within the respective platform settings.
